Local named instructor of the year (Fremont News-Messenger)
DENVER -- NARHA announces that Rebekah Recker of Riders Unlimited Inc., Fremont, has been named the 2008 Instructor of the Year for NARHA Region 4 which encompasses Indiana, Kentucky Michigan, Ohio and the Canadian Province of Ontario.
