Pueblo of Pojoaque reclaims 139 acres with La Mesita purchase (Santa Fe New Mexican)
Photo: The Pueblo of Pojoaque purchased the 139-acre La Mesita ranch this past November for an undisclosed amount. ‘By purchasing the ranch, we’re moving towards self-sufficiency and enhancing the cultural and aesthetic component of the pueblo,’ said tribal Gov. George Rivera.
